Dr Hilary Allan
Dr Hilary Allan is renowned as an expert in the field of cosmetic and medical aesthetics and is loved and quoted by beauty editors nationwide. Practising for over fifteen years, Dr Allan is one of the foremost female aesthetic medical practitioners and has been named in the top ten cosmetic doctors in the UK by the Evening Standard and The Daily Telegraph.

Dr Mervyn Patterson
Dr Mervyn Patterson has been named in the top ten medical aesthetic doctors in the UK by the Evening Standard and The Daily Telegraph. Held in high esteem by his colleagues and clients, Dr Patterson specialises in the latest injectable anti-ageing treatments including pioneering the "Nefertiti Neck Lift" and cheek volumisation.
He was instrumental in developing applications for the use of Intense Pulsed Light in the UK for the treatment of facial rejuvenation and rosacea. He continues to make great strides in the improvement of these conditions.

Medical Assistant to Dr Allan and Dr Patterson
Kerry joined Woodofrd Medical in 2002 when the doctors became increasingly busy and it became necessary to have an assistant for the additional well being of the clients.
Kerry is there to ensure that the patient journey begins in a comfortable and relaxed manner from the time they into the treatment room and finished with the client leaving confident and reassured with their treatment.
Senior Aesthetic Therapist
Carla forms part of a team of highly skilled aesthetic therapists at Woodford Medical. She qualified in Beauty Therapy at Colchester Institute in 1997, and went on to gain experience across the beauty industry in leading clinics and salons in the South East before managing a busy salon in Frinton-on Sea.
Since joining Woodford Medical in 2004, under the guidance of Dr Hilary Allan and Dr Mervyn Patterson, Carla has gone on to develop her training and extend her qualifications in advanced techniques used within the medical aesthetics environment at the clinic.
Extensively trained in both Epionce and Agera skin peels, skincare, medical microdermabrasion, Collagen P.I.N, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening Lift-Shape, microneedling and DermaFrac, Carla has moved effortlessly into the world of medical aesthetics delighting her clients. She has qualified in Palomar StarLux laser and light technology for treatments such as IPL hair removal and photofacials.
Her specialism is the Palomar 1540 and Infra-Red Skin Tightening techniques which provide sophisticated and superior results for ageing and damaged skin.
Kerys qualified in Beauty Therapy at Colchester Institute 2011. Kerys furthered her education at Newcastle University in 2013 studying Spa Management to degree level and completed a 14,000 word dissertaion on the effects of UV light on the skin. Whilst at Newcastle University she had in depth training on Agera peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair reduction, Collagen P.I.N and microneedling. She also graduated in 2014 with a second degree in Business Management.

Lucy qualified in Beauty Therapy at South Essex College in 2006. Lucy has four years experience working in beauty spas and four years experience working in aesthetic clinics, performing a variety of treatments from mircroneedling and microdermabrasion to skin peels and laser hair reduction.
Since joining the team at Woodford Medical, under the guidance of Dr Hilary Allan and Dr Mervyn Patterson, Lucy has extended her skills in Fractional 1540 treatments, IR Skin Tightening, IPL Photorejuvenation, microneedling, Collagen P.I.N, DermaFrac and Epionce and Agera peels and products.
Lucy is the first of our therapists alongside Kerys to train in our Radiofrequency Skin Tightening Lift-Shape treatment.

Our London clinic is situated at 8 UPPER WIMPOLE STREET in central London. The nearest tube stations are Regents Park and Bond Street, the clinic is approx a 10 minute walk from both. The easiest way to direct you on foot is to get off at Regents Park tube, turn left along Marylebone Road, left onto Harley Street, right into Devonshire Place and then the next left into UPPER WIMPOLE STREET.
The building has a black door and you will need to press the buzzer marked WOODFORD MEDICAL to gain entry. You will be greeted by a receptionist who will take your name and ask you to wait in the reception area until you are called for your appointment.
